Please read this User Agreement carefully before using the EduRise application. This agreement is a legally binding contract between EduRise Eğitim Teknolojileri Anonim Şirketi ("EduRise," "we," "us," or "our") and you ("User," "you," or "your").
1. Acceptance
By downloading, installing, or using the EduRise application, you accept all terms and conditions of this User Agreement. If you do not accept this agreement, please do not use the EduRise application.
2. Service Description
EduRise is a mobile application where students can take photos of problems they can't solve and receive AI-powered answers. The application offers sign-in options with Google and Apple accounts.
3. User Accounts
To use EduRise, you need to sign in with your Google or Apple account. You are responsible for the accuracy and currency of the data associated with your account.
4. Credit System
EduRise operates on a credit system. Each question submission costs a certain number of credits. 20 free credits are provided initially. Additional credits can be purchased through in-app purchases. Credits are not deducted for questions that cannot be solved by AI. Your credits will be refunded if you submit feedback for incorrectly solved questions.
5. Payments and Refunds
Credit purchases are processed through Google and Apple's in-app purchase systems. You can request a refund for unused credits. Refund requests should be submitted to us using the "Feedback" option in the "My Profile" section of the application.
6. Data Storage
Questions you ask and photos are stored in our systems. Since we use Google and Apple login systems, we do not store your password or other personal information.
7. Intellectual Property
The EduRise application and its content are owned by EduRise Eğitim Teknolojileri Anonim Şirketi and are protected by copyright.
8. Limitation of Liability
EduRise cannot be held liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the EduRise application.
9. Agreement Changes
EduRise reserves the right to update this User Agreement at any time. Changes will be announced within the application.
